Encapsulate me

Hey all, you probably wandering what went down at the Orthodontists - righhttt? ;)
Well i had my wires changed and a new powerchain on top - never needed them on bottom teeth as they are straight already :D I had new colours  - Dark Blue as i seem to be wearing a lot of blue this winter.

They also told me that i no longer need to wear Elastic Bands at night so :D
I think i'm nearing the end of my treatment (fingers crossed aye ;) )

My next appointment(s) are after Christmas now so;
23/01/2012 then following that is my next one on the 1/02/2012, then another appointment on the week after on the 8/02/2012 :)
I will keep you posted if anything breaks...in the meantime, my braces posts will be delayed - DON'T WORRY i will still post daily about my everyday shiz :)

Me and My Braces.

Hello there, this is day two of my Blog, I am going into the Orthodontists soon because my PowerChain - the long chain of elastics which apply more pressure to move the teeth - this has come loose, along with the bottom left molar band.

So yeah I am kind of nervous as they usually tell me off if I brake something, i'm even more scared now since i'm nearing the end of my treatment "i hope" ;) I have been given my elastics to wear at night, i have vidoes on my elastics, if you want to know more there will be a link somewhere underneathe here.
I will update this post when I get back from the Orthodontists so i'm not making a new post just to say how it went, so keep checking back later on :)

**Heyy so i'm back from the Orthodontist and I explained what problems i was having, and she looked and the molar band was cemented on and -yucck- the cement stuff is VILE!!!! :-(O) And she checked powerchain and that's fine - RELIVED or what!! So she told me just to stick to my next appoinment :)

Who I am and Why I am here...

Hello my name is Maria, I am an eighteen year old student, studying the BTEC Extended Diploma for ICT Practioners. I live at home in a Semi Detached, four bedroomed house, with my mum, and three brothers, I am not mentioning my dad in this because my parents are soon to get a divorce so we will be moving house, probably be this time next year...I have one dog, called Penny (Yorkshire Terrier) and I think she's about 7 or 8 years old. I have grown up being quite shy and reserved, but I've noticed in the recent years I have come out of my shell a bit and have had confidence to do a lot of things and face new challenges I never would have wanted to before. I am currently looking for Part Time work in my local area being Wrexham, I don't mind where I work at the moment as it would only be a job to support my present and future studies. I am planning on going to University, again a local one as the fees will be cheaper and I could live at home, besides I'd miss everyone, mainly my boyfriend who I've been with for nearly 18 months :)

I am an average teenage girl who was lucky enough to have the opportunity to get Braces on the NHS for free, I have had them for over 2 years and my next appointment is on the 14th of November (2011). My teeth have changed dramatically and I am already starting to love my smile! :) I will link a YouTube video for you to watch of my braces update a few months back:
